How I show up

Clear answers. Steady support.

Buying a home is a major move, especially when you are balancing a new duty station, a growing family, or the responsibility of making your benefits work harder. My job is to make the next step understandable.

I connect the dots between your goals, the right lending conversation, and the details that can shape your purchase. We take it one decision at a time—without pressure or mystery.

Why Hometown Hero Credit?

The program reflects a simple idea: gratitude should be tangible. For eligible service members and families, current program terms may provide up to $21,000 toward closing costs and expenses on a primary residence.

Availability can depend on county and program limits. I will help you ask the right questions and connect with the appropriate loan professional before you make a decision.

Why Frontline Hero Credit?

Frontline Hero Credit is a way to recognize the people who show up for their communities every day. The program provides frontline workers—including emergency room doctors, nurses, ambulance drivers, EMTs, firefighters, police officers, and similar frontline professionals—with a 1% credit, up to $12,500.

If your work puts you on the front line, I can help you understand how the credit may support your homebuying plans and connect you with the right loan professional for the details.
